How do I install the Affinity app on my diocesan computer or Affinity Designer 2, Affinity Photo 2 and Affinity Publisher 2 apps on my iPad and sign in with my diocesan Canva account?

Note: The Affinity apps are available for diocesan Canva Users. If you do not have a diocesan Canva account, please raise a support ticket.

The Affinity apps are not available to install on iPhones.

On your computer or iPad open the Company Portal app.
1. In Windows select the start button , type Company Portal and select
In the Company Portal app go to Apps or View all apps (iPad)
Search for Affinity
1. If you don't see them listed then it's likely that you are not a diocesan Canva user. please raise a support ticket.
Select the app you wish to install. Apps available are:
1. Affinity (Windows/Mac)
  1. Incorporates all Affinity features into a single app
2. Affinity Photo 2 for iPad
  1. Edit and retouch photos on their own or as part of multi-layered photo compositions and photo art.
3. Affinity Designer 2 for iPad
  1. Create illustrations, logos, graphics, concept art and other vector designs.
4. Affinity Publisher 2 for iPad
  1. Layout images, graphics and text to produce digital and print publications.
Select Install
Once installed, open the app.
Select Sign in with Canva
Select Sign in with Canva again.
A web browser will open.
Sign in with your diocesan Canva account (same as your diocesan Microsoft 365 / computer account email, password and MFA method).
Select Allow to allow Affinity to access your Canva account.
Select Open in the pop-up box asking you to open the Affinity app.
Back in the Affinity app, select Launch Affinity Photo

Affinity's professional design software is available for free to anyone with a verified Canva for Nonprofits account.
