Email formats for diocesan email addresses
Email Address Formats
Email addresses are typically in the following formats:
firstname.surname@stalbansdiocese.org
Legacy accounts:
[firstinitial][surname]@stalbans.anglican.org
position@stalbans.anglican.org
firstname.surname@stalbans.anglican.org
Ensure the email address is correct and, if using both names, it includes a dot between the firstname and surname.
Global Address List
If you're unsure of the email address format, in Outlook select the To field and find the contact in the Global Address List.
In Outlook Desktop, changes can take up to 24 hours to appear so if it doesn't show what you're expecting you can manually sync your address book. See:
