I cannot login to Zoom because I do not have a verification code

Verification codes are requested when you sign into Zoom from an infrequently-used device or network. A one-time passcode is sent to the email address of the Zoom account you are signing in with

If you do not have access to the email address of the Zoom account that you are signing in with then you may not be able to sign in without a verification code.

  1. If it is your email address, check your inbox or junk / spam folders for an email from zoom.
  2. If you have permission to access the email address go to the mailbox in Outlook or Outlook on the Web. See:
How do I view and add a shared mailbox to Outlook on the Web?
How do I add a shared mailbox to the Outlook mobile app?
  3. Request the passcode from a colleague with access to that email address.
  4. Raise a support ticket to ask for access to the email address. Approval is required from the owner of the email address / Zoom account.
