Setup multi-factor authentication methods with the Microsoft Authenticator app, text message or phone call
MFA Method: Microsoft Authenticator App
Note: Sign into Microsoft at office.com
The Microsoft Authenticator app is pre-installed on diocesan mobile devices. If missing, re-install from the Company Portal app.
Other authenticator apps can be used instead, eg. Google, LastPass and Oracle (desktop) Authenticator.
MFA Method: Phone Number (Text Message & Call)
Warning: Using an Authenticator app (above) is more secure than text message or calling however you may choose this method if you are unable or do not wish to use an authenticator app.
