Prevent your devices from ringing when you have an incoming call and add exceptions

Note: Enabling Do Not Disturb blocks incoming phone calls and Teams video calls & chats.

Enabling & Disabling Do Not Disturb (DND)

  1. Select your picture or initials
  2. Select your current status, eg. Available, Busy etc
    1. This can also be controlled in Outlook when a calendar appointment is set to show you as busy
  3. To enable, change your current status to Do not disturb
    1. A banner will display showing your status is set to do not disturb (marked in orange in the example below)
    2. Incoming phone calls will revert to what is configured in Call Handling. See:

    3. To add an exception and allow a person or number to call you with DND enabled:
      1. More actions More options button
      2. Settings
      3. Privacy
      4. Do not disturb > Manage priority access
      5. Enter and select one or more names or numbers
  4. To disable DND, change your current status from Do not disturb to Available
